As one of the founding partners of the firm, Barbara Stutz has over 25 years of experience in the areas of Product Liability Litigation and Mass Tort Litigation Management. She represents local and national clients in personal injury and toxic tort cases in federal and state courts with an emphasis on defending asbestos related claims.
Ms. Stutz active in a number of professional and community service organizations. She has been a member of the Ohio and Toledo Bar Associations since 1983 and is a charter member of the Ohio and Toledo Women’s Bar Associations, having served as its second president. She has also been a member of several organizations dedicated to providing free legal services to the poor.
She is a long time member and former president of the Board of Trustees for the Toledo Legal Aid Society and has also served on the Board of Legal Services of Northwest Ohio/Advocates for Legal Equality. She is currently vice president of the Toledo Bar Association Foundation Board of Trustees.
Ms. Stutz is admitted to practice in the Ohio State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Tax Court. She received her B.E. from the University of Toledo and her J.D. from the University of Toledo, College of Law.
